What is RevStrength Upper Body? 45 minutes of functional upper body strength. Each class will start with mobility prep work to increase range of motion and reduce risk of injury. This class will hit all the major upper body muscles (chest, rotator cuffs, shoulders, back, traps, lats, biceps, triceps, etc.) and will have a major impact on your overall posture – and in turn help incease upper body strength more effeciently.
