FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN DO CLASSES OPEN FOR BOOKING?
Regularly scheduled classes open at 9am one week prior to date of class.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES?
You may register through the Revolution App or via our website here.
DO YOU HAVE AN APP?
Yes! We currently have an app for booking on the Apple App Store here.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I’M ON THE WAITLIST?

If you’re on the waitlist, you may be added to class any time a spot opens, up to one hour before class starts. If you are moved from the waitlist into class, you do not need to confirm your reservation … it is expected that you are attending class. If you get in off the waitlist and cannot attend or you no-show, class packages will be docked the pass and unlimiteds will receive a $10 fee per our cancellation policy below.

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before a class is scheduled. If you need to cancel from the class roster, please see our cancellation policy below.

I PURCHASED AN UNLIMITED PACKAGE … HOW MANY CLASSES CAN I TAKE IN A DAY?
Unlimited packages may be used for up to two classes per day.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

CLASSES

If you’ve scheduled class and need to cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of class start, you may do so manually through our website or app.

We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy from your class start time. Any changes or cancellations need to be made 12 hours prior to your reservation.

If you are unable to cancel 12 hours before class start:
Unlimited packages will be charged a $10 fee for every missed/un-canceled class. Any unlimited package without a card on file will not be able to book future classes until fees are resolved.
Class packs will be docked one class credit per missed class.

PERSONAL TRAINING

All personal training cancellations must be communicated directly to trainer or studio owners 24 hours minimum before training session via email or text. Any cancellation after 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be docked one session from a client’s current package. If no sessions are left, a single session will be charged to your card on file.

CLASS PASS

ClassPass cancellation policies apply. Please visit the ClassPass website here for most current information on their cancellation fees/penalties.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
The worst feeling is being rushed for class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class in order to be properly set up. We do not allow clients to enter the RevLab or CycleLab any more than 5 minutes after scheduled class time for the safety of all members.

Please email us or text to let us know. We do not allow clients to enter the RevLab or CycleLab more than 5 minutes after scheduled class time for the safety of all guests.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RIDE and THE RIDE + ARMS?

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Ample free street parking 7 days a week. (Please follow street signage and leave bus lane open.) Free lot parking Monday-Saturday (enter driveway between church and 1716 Main St.). Please note absolutely NO PARKING in the lot on Sundays, and NO parking along either driveway at any time.
VACATION POLICY

For any unlimited package, we offer the opportunity to freeze your package for a minimum of 5 days, up to three times per calendar year, due to vacation-related travel. Please submit a written request in advance of the dates to info@revolutionbuffalo.com.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?
Yes! Stash your belongings or freshen up after class in our locker room space. We have additional storage space for your belongings in common areas on first and second floor.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Yes! We have showers in both locker rooms stocked with Malin+ Goetz shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion, plus shower towels and hair dryers  – all the special touches that help remove any barriers to making your workout happen.

DO YOU HAVE TOWELS?

We do offer shower towel service in both locker rooms, as well as sweat towel service in our cycle studio and RevLab.

I’M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL TAKE A CLASS?
We welcome pregnant women to our studio. We recommend talking to your doctor before and ask that you let your instructor know you are pregnant so they may offer you modifications as needed.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP / PRIVATE CLASSES?
We love coaching groups and being a part of your celebration. Please email to inquire about corporate, bridal, birthday and team classes with us.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All class packages, unlimited memberships, and personal training packages are non-refundable.
Apparel purchases may be returned with tags on for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Apparel with tags may be returned for exchange or Revolution credit within 30 days of purchase.

HOW DO YOU SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY?

Community is a priority at Revolution. Here are just a few ways sweat it forward in the city of Buffalo.

Each year we host dozens of charity rides benefitting local causes and organizations including GLYS WNY, MOCHA Buffalo, Bison Fund, Haven House, Girls on the Run and more. Please email us to inquire how we can help you set up a donation ride for the causes that mean the most to you.

As frequently as possible, we partner with local business and organizations<. for the goods we sell and the services and programs that keep our business running. Some of our friends include Seneca One, 43N, Positive Approach, Ekl Pro, Billy Club, Ace Flag, Peg’s Hardware, Meccay Photography, Moonshine Photography, B.McCrone Photography & Design, Andrew Hennessy Designs, Shamrock Construction and more.

We love to volunteer! Multiple times per year, Rev clients are invited to sweat it forward and share the good vibes with those who need it most. Projects have included Buffalo Zoo, The Tool Library, Buffalo Niagara River Keeper, Grass Roots Gardens, Kevin Guest House, Ronald McDonald House and more.
