Second floor space home to our strength and interval-based programming, loaded with treadmills, rowers, YBell, TRX, dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, sandbags and more.
Location
Convenient access from the 190 and 33. Less than 1 mile from Elmwood Village and Allentown neighborhoods. Bike rack (BYO lock) out front; between Delevan and West Utica NFTA metro rail stops.
amenities
Cycle shoe rental (SPD & Delta compatible) – no sneakers – plus locker rooms stocked with locally owned (and Buffalo’s first zero-waste shop!) Little Salmon shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Hair dryers, hair ties, mouth wash – all the special touches that help remove any barriers to making your workout happen.
PARKING
Park for free in the lot next to 1712 Main Street 7 days a week, or find free parking on the street. Please follow street signage and leave bus lane open. We have storage for your belongings. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

I took my first class at Revolution with Sam this morning. I love spin and fitness already but it... was my first class at the studio. I have walked into plenty of fitness studios and felt intimidated even as someone very familiar with that sort of space. Rev was the complete opposite. I was welcomed kindly when I checked in and got cheers and a sweet “welcome to the revolution” from strangers when they heard it was my first class. Everyone involved made sure I was comfortable every step of the way (walked me in, showed me my bike, made sure I was good with my set up). It was clear Sam realizes her job is much more than giving you “a good workout”. Giving you a challenge but nothing you would walk out feeling defeated or beating yourself up like some other places I’ve been. If exercise or fitness studios make you anxious or even if you’re well versed, they’ve created such a safe space truly and it shows. I’ve already booked my next class.read more

Rev has become a second home for me! They are the cleanest and most organized studio I have been to... in Buffalo, hands down. Between their spin and strength classes, there is something for everyone. I started my first class at Revolution thinking I’d get a great workout in. I was right, of course,... but I ended up finding so much more. As one of their incredible instructors said just the other day, if I was just looking for a workout, I would do that at home. The warm, welcoming community combined with the drive to help each other to improve and get everything you need out of each class makes this place unbeatable. Instructors are knowledgeable and patient, encouraging every person who walks through the doors. Very happy to have found these lovely folks!read more

I can’t say enough good things about Revolution! The studio is impeccably clean, well decorated,... and has an inviting and welcoming energy from the second you walk through the door. You can tell the owners take great care when selecting their instructors. Every instructor is encouraging and fun, while each bring a unique energy and experience to their classes. Rev provided me a home away from home before I even came home. I lived in San Francisco for several... years, and while I enjoyed spinning and other forms of group fitness, I never felt comfortable in the larger fitness studios out there. I knew about Rev from friends I'd gone to high school with, and took a few classes whenever I would visit my family in Buffalo. I don't know how to explain it other than I felt safe at Rev. When I moved back to Buffalo in 2018, I purchased an unlimited membership and never looked back! You're a welcome addition to any of the class formats the sweaty community that frequents 1716 Main Street attend.read more

Revolution is an incredible place to workout. The staff is extremely friendly, the workouts are... diverse and challenging, the space is always clean, and the energy is indescribably positive! Everyone at Rev makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and pushed out of your comfort zone (in the best way). Revolution promotes a sense of community in Buffalo by hosting donation rides often and listens to clients when they have a suggestion, even if it is just a song request! I LOVE REVOLUTION!read more

Revolution is everything you want in a boutique gym. I cannot say enough positive things about... Revolution. I was someone who never enjoyed cardio workouts and now I can't get enough of their spin and strength classes. The instructors are incredibly motivating and supportive. Revolution is a great place to workout. They have a variety of classes (I.e. running, spinning,... HIIT, etc.) to fit your workout needs. I have always found the Revolution community to be warm, welcoming and encouraging. They host a bunch of different donation ride classes where the money earned goes to local charities, nonprofits or fundraisers. I love that they remain engaged in the community it’s and lift their members up. Highly recommend!read more

I'm brand new to the spinning/cycling world. The crew at Revolution make newcomers feel extremely... welcome. They are there to help you get the best workout possible.The studio has high ceilings and is very spacious. It truly gives you that "let's get this workout going" feel as soon as you enter.I hardly sweat when I work out normally. Revolution has changed that. You are going to sweat!Go here!read more

Love this place! So glad I decided to try Revolution. From the Carriage House to 1716 Main St, as... soon as you walk in you'll feel right at home. Everyone is so welcoming and they really work hard to make every visit, every class personable. Classes are challenging but so much fun, which can only mean that the instructors are great! 🙂 1716 Main makes for a beautiful studio with high ceilings, great lighting, a huge amount of space, and so much charm (and off street parking!!). So glad we have this place in the 716!read more

I've been coming to Revolution for 6 months, and I absolutely love it! I knew Colleen and Amanda as... spin instructors before they opened Rev. They (and Rachel, who I now know and love) are such amazing athletes, as well as truly beautiful, fun and kind people! They've also brought some more instructors on the team-- I know Kevin and Brandon, who are super energetic. Everyone has great taste in music, and classes are at such good times. I love that you sign up for a bike before class. Truly be prepared to be welcomed into a really fun and encouraging community at Revolution!read more

It is clear that the ladies of Revolution can make any place a home for their studio. Whether the... carriage house or there new studio at 1716 Main St. the Revolution Team knows how to create a warm, welcoming, friendly, and motivating environment for their clients. The location on Main St. is beautiful, the building has Buffalo charm, and the Revolution team has quickly made it their own. It is clean, spacious, and inviting. The off street parking, located at the side of the building, has plenty of parking spots. It is clear that the Revolution team has a passion and is aiming to inspire and motivate the Buffalo community. I look forward to many more workouts at Revolution!read more
