MILE TIME TRIALS ARE HERE

Mile time trial: a short distance (usually 1 mile – 5k) to help you set a baseline for pacing and track progress over time on your running / walking journey.

Join us in all Run & Run+Strength classes this week (8/1-8/7) and run or walk your 1 mile trial with us! Your coaches will be including this fun, simple “test” right into the workout to help you gauge where you’re at. We’ll do it all over again the first week of September so you can see how much you’ve grown.

Book into any Run or Run+ this week and get ready to have some fun! 🏅 (You know there’s gonna be some prizes for our MIPs, too!)
