INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT: KATHLEEN

November 10, 2021

It’s been a minute and we’ve seen a lot of new faces so we thought we’d re-introduce ourselves. Peep our social media and blog right here to get to know our staff, hear what people are saying about our classes, learn what to expect when taking your first class, and details on our studio amenities. (We looooove to take care of our peeps!)

We’re kickin’ it off with our General Manager and NASAM CPT, Kathleen. Catch her in the RevLab pretty much every day of the week, teaching any class – but her forte is run. (They don’t call her “run queen” for nothin’!) Got a question about your membership or merchandise in the shop? She’s your girl! Schedule a class with her today.

What clients are saying about Kathleen:

Run+Strength 60 minutes

“Awesome class! I love how fast-paced it is, but that you can also work at your own level. I always like when the trainers check in and give corrective feedback – more of that!” – Client

“As a runner I appreciate how helpful and impactful this class is for my running needs.” – Client
