As we head into our busy season, we appreciate your understanding and adherence to the late cancel policies for classes and personal training, outlined below. Out of respect for the time of our staff, and booked/waitlisted clients, we are unable to make any exceptions at this point in time. 


If you’ve scheduled class and need to cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of class start, you may do so manually through our website or app.

We enforce a strict 12-hour cancellation policy from your class start time. Any changes or cancellations need to be made 12 hours prior to your reservation.

If you are unable to cancel 12 hours before class start:
Unlimited packages will be charged a $10 fee for every missed/un-canceled class. Any unlimited package without a card on file will not be able to book future classes until fees are resolved.
Class packs will be docked one class credit per missed class.


All personal training cancellations must be communicated directly to trainer or studio owners 24 hours minimum before training session via email or text. Any cancellation after 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be docked one session from a client’s current package. If no sessions are left, a single session will be charged to your card on file.

If you’re on the waitlist, you may be added to class any time a spot opens, up to one hour before class starts. If you are moved from the waitlist into class, you do not need to confirm your reservation … it is expected that you are attending class. If you get in off the waitlist and cannot attend or you no-show, class packages will be docked the pass and unlimiteds will receive a $10 fee per our cancellation policy below.

You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time before a class is scheduled. If you need to cancel from the class roster, please see our cancellation policy noted above.
