Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I own a small contracting company D Gentile & Associates we do residential and commercial renovations specializing in kitchens and baths. My wife Peg and I have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild. My hobbies include tennis and cycling. I’ve been working out at Rev regularly for almost a year.
What does #RevLife mean to you?
Even though I’m one of the oldest people working out at Rev I feel part of a young and vibrant community.
We all get in the zone in different ways. Where does your head go during a workout?
I imagine myself 25 years younger and in top condition. Then I come to.
What’s your favorite class at Rev?
It’s more a day than a class. On Friday I start the day in TRX with Mandy and finish in Rev fit with Emily. It’s a great way to start the weekend.
What’s your favorite meal/snack to eat after a tough workout?
If you have friends visiting from out of town how do you show the the perfect Buffalo day?
A bike ride ,maybe canal side and finish with a cookout on the terrace with friends
What’s your favorite place to brunch in Buffalo?
Early bird or night owl?

Hanging with my wife and our 1 yr old grandson
