REVSTRENGTH: UPPER BODY
45-minutes of functional upper body strength. Each class will start with mobility prep work to increase range of motion and reduce risk of injury. This class will hit all the major upper body muscles (chest, rotator cuffs, shoulders, back, traps, lats, biceps, triceps, etc.) with a major impact on your overall posture and form while increasing upper body strength. This is a class for ALL levels!
