Runners come in all shapes and sizes – this class is for every-body! Whether you’re an experienced runner training for a race or just looking to build your base this class has it all. Structured intervals programmed by our RRCA certified coaches include endurance building threshold intervals, incline work, and speed intervals using the treadmill track feature. Each workout includes a warmup and cool down with foam rolling to aid recovery and get you ready for your next workout!
