INSTRUCTOR Q&A
WHAT IS YOUR CLASS MANTRA?
Every second counts. Every minute matters. Every ride makes you stronger, in and out of this room.
WHY DO YOU TEACH/COACH?
From my very first spin class, I fell in love with the energy of the room and the feeling of being part of something bigger than myself. I walked out feeling stronger, more confident, and completely empowered, and I knew I wanted to help create that feeling for other people. Teaching is about so much more than 45 minutes on a bike. It’s about creating a space where people can let go of whatever they’re carrying, challenge themselves, celebrate small wins, and leave feeling just a little lighter than when they walked in. You never know what someone is going through, and if I can make them smile, believe in themselves, or simply give them a place to escape for a while, then I’ve done my job.

I love it all… as long as it’s not a jog ha
