Yoga for Mobility Pop-Up

Yoga is popping back up on the schedule this summer, with our good friend @mariephillips from PYB. Join her for a 50-minute mobility flow next Sunday at 11am in the Lab, and a 4-week series on Sundays in July, with each week introducing a specific focus of the body. Booking is live now (included in class packs and unlimited packages).
Yoga for Mobility is a moderate yoga class designed to increase range of motion, improve balance, create stability in the joints, aid in injury prevention, and decrease recovery time post workout.
