There’s only one way to give our summer residency at The Club House at Seneca One the good-bye it deserves …. a farewell tour! September 13 through October 2, catch a jam-packed schedule of theme rides with your fave instructors ranging from rock ‘n roll to divas, hip-hop and more. (The back of the shirt above says it all!) We’ll cap it all off with one last DJ ride and a whole ton of fun, sweat and love.

Filling those bikes in the Club House each week has meant the world to us. Initially conspired as a way to re-welcome everyone back post pandemic closure in a space that allowed for 6 ft spacing of ALL our bikes, open floor plan, light, airy, modern vibes in one of the hottest, up and coming downtown locations, it quickly became about more than the space – doesn’t it always! It’s been a safe space for us to re-connect with our selves and each other in a time when making space for  wellness has been tricky and different, but still extremely important. So thanks for showing up – again and again and again and again. Let’s ROCK!
