Revolution Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Requirements
Current nationally accredited fitness certification in personal training and/or group training: (NASM*, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, etc)
*(NASM preferred but any nationally recognized would do)
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
At least 2 years of experience in group fitness and/or personal training setting
Run, indoor rowing, TRX, or additional specialty/modality certifications preferred
Knowledge of functional movement and ability to safely modify and/or progress movements based on clients’ abilities and/or limitations
Willingness to learn and implement current and new class formats
Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people (everybody, every BODY)
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members, clients, management, and owners
Ability to take direction and handle feedback from all levels of management
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve their goals
Embody the Revolution culture and act as an ambassador for the brand both in and out of the studio
Availability
Mandatory class availability Saturday & Sunday mornings
Availability to teach at least 2-3 classes/week leading a class of up to 22 people; willingness to sub classes when needed

Additional preferred availability for high-demand morning, evening, weekend hours for 1-1 personal training
