MONDAY MOTIVATOR: MEET POLLY

Monday Motivator Polly, rockin’ our newest crewneck drop in the Buffalo Sweats Harder Game Day collection.
1. How long have you been coming to Rev and how did you hear about it/ get started? 
I started coming to Rev in June to get into gear for the summer and I’ve been hooked ever since!! I knew about Rev but it’s my friend Sarah (@burgstock) who has been a fan for years and is also my ride or die, motivational workout buddy!
2. What does your workout routine look like these days?
Routine is key for me! I come every day, Monday through Friday, at 5:45am. Getting into the routine of working out on a set schedule has been so important to keeping me on track. Now it feels really weird if I don’t come at that time and it throws off my whole day. Plus I have two little kids, so I love getting my workout in before they even wake up and I still have the rest of the morning to get them ready for school and myself ready for work.
3. What inspires you to stay motivated?
A routine that I love, my friend Sarah, seeing fitness progress over time, the amazing Rev instructors and general positive Rev vibe all keep me motivated!
4. Fave Rev class and why?
The first class I took at Rev is still my favorite class. Rachel McCrone’s 5:45am RevRide. Absolutely no better way to start a day. I am a Rachel fanatic.
