INSTRUCTOR Q&A
WHAT IS YOUR CLASS MANTRA?
You are strong, you are powerful, you are capable of anything you put your mind to, & YOU CAN DO HARD SH*T!
WHY DO YOU TEACH/COACH?
As someone who spent much of her life managing chronic pain, I have a deep appreciation for the healing power of movement—both physical and mental. My personal journey led me to Rev, where I experienced the transformative impact of a supportive and empowering community. Inspired by that change, I became a certified instructor and personal trainer to help others reclaim their strength, confidence, and sense of possibility. I truly believe EVERYONE has the power to change their life, one breath, one rep, and one movement at a time.
SQUATS OR LUNGES?
All the lunges always.
FAVORITE REV MEMORY?
Honestly? It’s every class where I get to be fully, unapologetically myself. When the sunlight’s pouring through the Lab windows, the music hits just right, and everyone’s pushing past their comfort zones. It’s the magic moments when someone holds a plank longer than they ever thought they could, or grabs the heavier weights, and moves like they own it. That spark in their eyes when they realize what they’re capable of? That’s what I live for.
WHAT ARE YOU HAPPIEST DOING WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT REV?
Photography, traveling, hiking, spending time with my family, floating in water, & eating ice cream.
WHAT’S ON YOUR PLAYLIST?
Almost every class is a 90s/early 00’s throwbacks class, with a sprinkling here & there of Noah Kahan, Florence & the Machine, Hozier, and all the good stuff.
FAVORITE REV CLASS YOU DON’T TEACH?
The Balance: Yoga with Dana
DREAM VACATION DESTINATION?
Finishing up my goal to hit all the US National Parks! 33/63 down
“If I could rate Mandy higher than a 10, I would. Mandy is helpful, present, encouraging, and she plays the best music. You feel like a bad ass in her class because she believes in you, and you push yourself since you feel more confident because of her genuine enthusiasm. Her classes are a fun environment and it’s apparent everyone loves her energy.”
