WHY DO YOU TEACH/COACH?
I believe there is nothing more powerful than embodiment. When a person can get out of their monkey mind and become fully present in their breath, in the sensations in their body, in the music they hear, in the whisperings in their heart — it’s when we have the most authentic power and the most grace for ourselves and each other.

FAVORITE REV MEMORY?
There is not one moment in particular. However, it’s those moments when the sun is shining through and we are breathing and moving all together and the music is perfectly synced up and you can feel there magical in the air of being in community.
IF YOU WERE A SUPERHERO, WHAT WOULD YOUR SUPER POWER BE?Ji I would like to be a musical super hero. I would like to show up in situations and break into full song and dance and have others spontaneously join me and then have the problem or issue be fixed and everyone feel more joy or wholeheartedness after.

Recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser here — you can always chose again. Take yourself off the hook. You are never stuck and you can always change your mind and chose again. You can chose what feels good to you, not what you think you should do. You can keep choosing over and over and over again.
