WHY DO YOU TEACH/COACH?
Working in a hospital setting for several years as a physical therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how health can be influenced by poor lifestyle choices. In many cases, people don’t understand or realize the impact of their daily habits on their health. I coach to educate people how caring for their bodies through movement, proper nutrition, and other lifestyle habits, can reduce their risk for disease and promote longevity.
