WHY DO YOU TEACH/COACH?
I love to see people gaining confidence & growing stronger mentally & physically. I know how hard it is to show up for yourself, so I want to make it a little easier by creating a fun, safe & welcoming environment.
SQUATS OR LUNGES?
Lunges, especially curtsy lunges.
FAVORITE REV MEMORY?
Running the 716 Relay Race with my teammates in August. I was still the new girl, but they welcomed me with open arms. We all worked together & had a lot of laughs.
WHAT IS YOUR HIDDEN TALENT?
I can whip up a healthy & delicious meal in 20 minutes or less with whatever ingredients I have on hand. I am very resourceful in the kitchen.
WHAT’S ON YOUR PLAYLIST?
Pretty much everything BUT country. I love 90’s hip hop, 70’s rock, all out 80’s. Florence & the Machine is my ultimate fave but The Rolling Stones, Ariana Grande, India Arie, Mary J. Blige, Lauryn Hill, Taylor, Jay-Z, Biggie & Rufus Du Sol have all been on the rotation lately.
