Whether you’re an experienced runner training for a race or just looking to build your base this class has it all! You can expect 30-35 minutes of structured intervals programmed by our RRCA certified coaches to include endurance building threshold intervals, incline work, and speed intervals using the treadmill track feature. Each workout includes a warmup and cool down and can be scaled to any fitness level. Class ends with 10-15 minutes of core work on the floor.
