Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am originally from WNY, but have only lived in the City of Buffalo for little over two years. I work as a VP and in-house counsel for a local health care provider.
What does #RevLife mean to you?
A community of people that come together to pursue individual and common goals in a motivating space.
We all get in the zone in different ways. Where does your head go during a workout?
I try to stay focused on something, even if it’s a spot on the wall.
What’s your favorite class at Rev?
All of the classes and instructors I have experienced so far at Rev have been great (Mandy, Brian, Rachel), and I am looking forward to trying more – my current favorite is RevRow+Strength.
What’s your favorite meal/snack to eat after a tough workout?
A breakfast burrito!
If you have friends visiting from out of town how do you show the the perfect Buffalo day?
Depends on the season – winter or construction.
What’s your favorite place to brunch in Buffalo?
Early bird or night owl?
A night owl naturally, but find that there is more benefit to me to work out in the morning despite the ungodly hour!
What’s your ideal rest day look like?
Reading or a movie and delivery…
If you were shipwrecked on a deserted island which 2 luxury items would you want to have?
A bottomless bottle of wine to accompany all that fresh fish, and a corkscrew!
If you were to win $100 million today what’s the first you do?
Get away so I can formulate a plan for how I’m going to do some good and have some serious fun with that kind of money!
