Meet Your Run Coaches: Lauren

Certifications:  

RRCA ,Beat Boss cycling, MADD Dog spinning,  NASM-CPT, TRX, and INDO ROW. 

Running background:

I have about 9 years of running under my belt but i have definitely been more serious about running these past three years. I enjoy running fast and for short distances, so 5ks are my jam. I have completed two RAGNARs to date and the Corning NY Wineglass Half Marathon a few years ago with my sister. I’ve been debating if a half marathon would come back into my life or not. Still not sure. And lastly, I am excited to tackle the Seneca 7’s come end of April with the Revolution family!

Run Goals: 

To get even faster on 5ks!… and maybe, just maybe to complete a Marathon.

Boy Oh Boy- Diplo, GTA

Favorite running sneaker & Gear: 

Adidas Ultraboost, lululemon Pace Rival leggings (no shorts for me please), November Project top, jaybird earbuds and my trusty black nike baseball cap.

Post run eats: 

I usually stick to a little bit of fruit/veggies and some protein. Or if there’s pizza after a race… i mean, i wont say no.
