Current goal -Break 1.35 for Buffalo Half. This past Summer I wanted to break 20 minutes in a 5k and I did it! I raced 19.44 in my last summer 5k , so I guess my goal now is anything faster than that haha! I really just want to have fun with running at this point and help others see how great running can make you feel!

Literally anything that’s available haha. All my Sunday long runs end at Billy Clubs front door and I immediately order 1 Blueberry pancake, scrambled eggs with cheese and the potato hash (Highly recommend).
