Lost track of how many 5ks I’ve raced!

13.1 X 2- Currently training for Buffalo & Seewheeze Half marathon summer 2019

Run Goals: 

Current goal -Break 1.35 for Buffalo Half. This past Summer I wanted to break 20 minutes in a 5k and I did it! I raced 19.44 in my last summer 5k , so I guess my goal now is anything faster than that haha! I really just want to have fun with running at this point and help others see how great running can make you feel!

Gear: lululemon- All the right places tights & a cropped run club shirt. 

Post run eats:

Literally anything that’s available haha. All my Sunday long runs end at Billy Clubs front door and I immediately order 1 Blueberry pancake, scrambled eggs with cheese and the potato hash (Highly recommend).
