Rev101: Free Workshop Series

You’re making the conscious effort to get to class and work hard. Tapbacks? Nailed ‘em. Push up challenge? Rocked it. Whether you’re a workout veteran or new to the world of fitness, there’s always room to learn more. Enter the Rev 101 workshop series. For three weeks in a row beginning in November, we will be hosting free workshops with our certified instructors to perfect your skills. Check out the schedule and details below. Kettlebells 101: 11/4 at 12pm with Lindsay

The first in our workshop series – Master the basics and perfect your form with a fun 45 minute workshop designed to help you get the most out kettlebell swings, deadlifts and more! You’ll learn technique and form that you can apply in any of our strength classes. This workshop is FREE.

 

RevRow 101: 11/11 at 12pm with Mandy

Crush the basics and perfect your form with an exciting 45 minute workshop designed to make you a more efficient rower. You’ll learn technique and form that you can apply in any of our classes that include a rower going forward. This workshop is FREE.

 

TRX 101: 11/17 at 12pm with David

Interested in TRX but not sure the larger, fast-paced classes are for you? Master the TRX basics in a small group setting. Take a slower pace, while still getting a great workout. TRX101 is perfect for those brand new to TRX, or anyone looking to brush up on their form and skills. This 60 minute workshop is FREE.
