By now, you may be starting to feel like that initial burst of motivation is beginning to fade. We’re here to help you keep pushing yourself. So we’ve started a month of challenges. Are you in?

Your October Challenge

We’re kicking off October with a new challenge each week to help you step up your Rev game. Grab a buddy, bring out your competitive side, and get started. We can’t wait to see your progress!

(Oh, and there are prizes. Because we could say your hard work is reward enough, but come on. Prizes.)


Week 1: Squat Jumps

How many squat jumps can you knock out in 1 minute?

Get low and jump high. You know who loves these? Beyoncé. (Probably.)


Week 2: Planks

How long can you hold it?

It’s all about that core. Keep your abs tight and your booty down.


Week 3: Pushups

How many pushups can you do in 1 minute?

Keep your abs engaged, and get all the way down to work every muscle.


Week 4: Wall Sits

How long can you hold a wall sit?

Dig deep, get low, and stay there. The burn means it’s working.
