RevRide
Everybody's favorite indoor cycling class! It will rev your cardio engines and boost your strength – all while you’re on the bike. Feel the beat, clear your head and get ready to sweat. (RevRide classes run 45 or 60 minutes as indicated on schedule.)

TRX

60 minutes of TRX suspension training and high intensity intervals for a full body workout. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Get ready to push yourself!

TRXExpress
45 minutes of TRX suspension training and high intensity intervals for a full body workout. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Get ready to push yourself!

Rev+TotalBody
60-minute cycling and TRX suspension training class. Expect to ride it out to some serious beats for 30 minutes. Then, transition to the floor for total body TRX strength training.

Rev+UpperBody*
Hit the bike for 30 minutes of exhilarating, sweaty cardio, followed by 30 minutes of upper body strength circuits on the TRX system. Think biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and chest. (Because it’s always tank top season.)

Rev+LowerBody*
Hit up the bike for 30 minutes of exhilarating, sweaty cardio, followed by 30 minutes of lower body strength circuits on the TRX system. Think quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves. (It’s all about the legs and booty, baby!)

Rev+Core*
Hit up the bike for 30 minutes of exhilarating, sweaty cardio, followed by 30 minutes of straight up, abs-of-steel core training circuits on the TRX system. These muscles help improve your functional strength and prevent injury. Score!

*These classes compliment each other! We’ve set up our schedule so you can target each major muscle group on different days of the week. Go ahead…try them all!

RevFit
Total body circuit and Tabata workout designed to get your muscles fired up for 45 fun, power-packed minutes. Expect everything from body weight exercises to TRX, kettlebell, gliders, resistance tubing, dumbbells, battle ropes, wall balls, jump ropes, and water rowers … you’ll never be bored! Class size is limited to 18 people.

TRX Yoga

Stretch and strengthen in one empowering hour with yoga on the TRX! Use your body to progress through traditional yoga moves with the fun addition of the TRX to challenge your overall strength and flexibility.

Indo-Row
45 minute rowing class designed to work legs, arms and core through a series of intensity waves, pressure tests and a final racing challenge!
