This is my first time spinning. Will I make it through a work out?
Of course! While our instructors are here to motivate you to your best self, you are ultimately in control of the workout. You control the resistance through the resistance knob on your bike. And you can take a water/towel break whenever you need it.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early if it is your first class. We want to meet you and set you up for an awesome ride.
What exactly is TRX Suspension Training?
The TRX suspension trainer leverages gravity and body weight to allow you to perform hundreds of exercises targeting the entire body. Beginners and advanced users are in complete control. Resistance is increased or decreased based on your body position. Watch this video to learn more.
Do I need special shoes for indoor cycling?
Nope. While we encourage all of our riders to purchase cycling shoes, our bikes have adjustable cages for sneakers, too. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats.
What should I wear to work out?
Comfortable workout clothes you aren’t afraid to get sweaty in. We recommend spandex/tight fitting bottoms and your favorite RevGear on top!
How old do I have to be to take a class at Revolution?
You must be age 16 or older to use our facilities and attend classes.
What if I need to cancel a class?
You must cancel 12 hours before class or you will be charged for the ride in full. Unlimited packages will be charged $10 for every missed/un-canceled class and those with a class package will lose the class.
Can I use my cell phone on the bike?
We get that life happens. But we do encourage you to put your cell phone away for the duration of class. Please respect your ride and the ride of those around you. The more you focus, the better you feel.
