Monday Motivators: Meet Mackenzie

A morning maven, this week's Monday Motivator, Mackenzie, knows that if she doesn't get her sweat on early it's not going to happen. That's why she books her rides and combo classes before the sun comes up. Sweatin' for her 2018 wedding and balancing a busy career at Roswell Park, she's got the drive to get it alllll done! 1. Give us a quick background on yourself.
I was born and raised in Buffalo, and love everything about the city! My fiance, Mike, and I live in North Buffalo and are looking forward to getting married in April of 2018. I currently work at Roswell Park with the Bald for Bucks program. It is so rewarding to see kids across Western New York sacrificing their hair for such a great cause. 

2. Describe your best workout ever in just three words.
Sweaty. Intense. Confidence. 
I had been searching for the right place to workout and am so so happy that I found Rev! 
 
3. What song(s) are you obsessed with right now?
Despacito has been stuck in my head for the last month and Body Like a Back Road by Sam Hunt.

​4. Any healthy habits to start/end your day?
I love starting everyday with a workout, if I don't go in the morning - it's not gonna happen.  

5. Any indulgences you just can't live without?
Any chocolate - specifically M&M's.

6. Favorite workout on the bike - hills, sprints, isolations or tap backs?​
I love a good sprint, especially when it's to a BSB song! 

7. Buffalo food truck you can't live without?
OG Wood Fire - I LOVE the Margherita pizza.
