Monday Motivator: Meet Blair

We hope that along with enjoying the kick-off of summer, you've all been taking some time to reflect on all of those have given their lives for our country so that we can continue ours. We'd also like to introduce you to today's Monday Motivator Blair. This legal assistant had a major hang up regarding trying out a group fitness class but thanks to her BFF, she jumped in and hasn't looked back. We're so happy we get to be part of her fitness revolution!

Blair

1. Give us a quick background on yourself.

I am 26 and a legal assistant at a small law firm. I am from Clarence, but I moved away for college in Indiana and work in Chicago for a few years. I joined Rev after trying the Thursday TRX with one of my best friends. I'm so glad she introduced me to the class. I love the workout and I look forward to it every week.

2. Describe your best workout ever in just three words.

Full body workout

3. What song(s) are you obsessed with right now?

4. Any healthy habits to start/end your day?

I start the day with two eggs and a cup of black coffee to wake up. I end my day with a glass of water at dinner.

5. Any indulgences you just can't live without?

Chocolate and candy!

6. Favorite workout on the bikes - hills, sprints, isolations or tap backs?

I would say sprints, but since I come for the TRX classes, my favorite moves are standing hip drops and tricep extensions.

7. Favorite Buffalo Food Truck.

The Cheesy Chick makes amazing mac & cheese and grilled cheeses!
