1. Give us a quick background on yourself.
I'm a Buffalo girl born and raised and came back home after college to work at New Era Cap for the NFL (Go Bills)! My boyfriend and I live around Elmwood and he just moved back home from NYC so I love exploring all the new Buffalo places with him. We try to get outside as much as possible - we loved Citi Biking down the West Side Highway in the city so I'm excited to try the ones in Buffalo this summer! I got into Rev about a year ago and now I love incorporating in my daily life and bringing my friends. As we lose our 21-year-old metabolisms, it's fun to get together and do a class (and then head to brunch & mimosas) for a different activity.
2. Describe your best workout ever in just three words.
"That was fun." - I love trying to get the best out of myself every day and even when I'm exhausted I can smile a little knowing that.

4. Any healthy habits to start/end your day?
Every morning I try to start my day with a cup of hot lemon water and just relax on my couch for a few seconds and enjoy the calm before heading out the door.

I'm obsessed with any and all variations of mac and cheese so you can usually find me at Macarollin' or The Whole Hog at Larkin on Tuesdays.
