Monday Motivator: Meet Courtney

April showers bring..badasses like Courtney. Kick off May by getting to know this spunky, strong lady who loves dancing it up on that bike. She revs it up almost everyday and ALWAYS takes the option to make that TRX move as tough as possible.


1. Give us a quick background on yourself
Born and raised in Buffalo!  Currently living downtown, but I grew up in Angola where my family's hot dog stand of 74 years is, Connors, with 7 siblings and a TON of my cousins.  People always ask what it was like growing up in a household with that many and I always say I can't imagine growing up any other way.  When you have that many siblings you grow up not having any fears and are constantly trying new things.  Even to this day they are teaching me and pushing me to do great things.  My REV connection is Rachel! I am very lucky to work at Rich's where I met Rachel which in turn brought me to this awesome REV Community.  

2. Describe your best workout ever in just three words.
Endurance. Lifting. Shaking.

3.  What song(s) are you obsessed with right now?
I LOVE a good DJ- take the Ultra Music Festival and Coachella- with some throwback remixes

4. Any healthy habits to start/end your day? 
There is nothing like starting or ending your day with a good sweat!  Anyone can be a morning person! Give it two weeks and you will be hooked.  Now that it's warm out, I will try and end each day with a walk or a bike ride to see the awesome Buffalo sunsets.

5.  Favorite workout on the bike - hills, sprints, isolations or tap backs?
Hills!  I like the tension and the challenge of a heavy hill.  Hills make you sweat and definitely whittle your middle!! :)

6.  Favorite Buffalo food truck
Get Fried! Who doesn't love french fries!!!
