Still crawling your way out of the Thanksgiving weekend coma? Gabrielle has all the Monday Motivation you need! This busy University at Buffalo med school student schedules "protected time" for herself each week to make sure her workouts and self care are a priority when her workload gets hectic. Check her story out below.1. Give us a quick background on yourself.
I joined Rev starting my second year of medical school at UB. Once my schedule exploded, I knew that I had to make protected time for myself. Exercising, eating healthy and sleeping are my top priorities for maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Although medicine has a demanding workload, making time for these activities helps me focus while studying. I firmly believe that group exercise is more motivating than working out alone, and it has been a pleasure to be a part of the Rev community over the past few months. Empowering people to be the best version of themselves ultimately makes Rev the most appealing place to exercise, as it provides the foundation that I need to workout efficiently in a motivating environment.
