Monday Motivator: Meet Mike

We're revvin' up for the last week of May with Mike, today's Monday Motivator! You might recognize him as the awesome bar tender from Rev's 2015 holiday party at The Foundry! Bar manager by night, student by day, he's at Rev 4-5+ times most weeks, making his health and fitness a priority. Meet Mike in the Q&A below!

1. Tell us a little bit about your fitness journey.

Always loved spinning and it really helped me to get motivated to try other group fitness classes.

2. Describe your BWE (Best Workout Ever).
My best workout would have to be described as: 1) High energized 2) Form focused 3) With an ultimate music playlist!

3. What song are you obsessed with right now?
I've been really obsessed with listening to Houndmouth's "Sedona" to get me moving.

4. Is there a mantra that motivates you?
The training session from Wet hot American Summer

5.What are two things you just can't start your day without?
Ice coffee and a dog walk are two of my necessary morning routines

6. What's the healthiest thing in your fridge right now? Least healthy?
Healthiest thing, a bag of peppers. Least healthy thing, Bottle of Hendrix.

7. What's your favorite way to spend a sunny, spring Buffalo day?
One of my favorite ways to spend a sunny Buffalo day would be walking with my best bud/dog Kennedy walking through the Elmwood Village.

Cold pressed juice or coffee? Coffee
