While she may have once compared a TRX class to Dante's Inferno, the lovely Kim always brings 110% to her workouts. She's on her feet most of the day/night, but that doesn't stop her from rockin' classes in the early morning and later evening - she fits it in!

1. How long have you been part of the indoor cycling world? How about TRX?
I began doing TRX about a year ago with Colleen at Fierce Fitness. I loved this method of training from the start, so when Revolution opened, I had to follow her. Spinning, on the other hand, took a while for me to appreciate, but now it's my favorite cardio.
2. What goals has Rev helped you to achieve?
I really haven't felt this strong since I was in my 20's. Yes, I've lost some weight in the process, but the real goal I've met is just being the healthy and feeling really strong. It may not look it when I'm struggling with a suspended lunge, but this fitness program makes me happy and feel grounded for the rest of my day.
3. Fall is here! What's your favorite way to enjoy the season locally?
Fall is my favorite time if year in Buffalo. I love the outdoors and hope to get a hike or maybe even a camping trip in before the cold weather arrives. My time is limited since starting a new job, so even a stroll through Forest Lawn brings me a lot of peace and tranquility.
4. Tell us a fun fact about you.
For most of my life I swam competitively. The butterfly was my stroke, hence my upper body strength. My fitness journey has made me feel like a "contender" once again.
5. What song really gets you Revved up during spin & TRX classes?
Hmmm ... favorite would probably be JLo's "Move Your Body," but I must say, Brandon's playlist is always kick ass from start to finish.
