45-minute indoor cycling class that will rev your cardio engines and boost your strength – all while you’re on the bike! Feel the beat, clear your head and get ready to sweat.
Hit up the bike for 30 minutes of exhilarating, sweaty cardio, followed by 30 minutes of TRX suspension training and high intensity intervals for a full body workout. The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Get ready to push yourself!
45 or 60 minutes of interval strength training with a strategic focus on getting your heart rate up! You’ll travel through three signature stations, utilizing our Water Rowers, TRX, and a variety of dumbbells, plates and or kettlebells. You’ll build and lengthen key muscle groups and burn serious calories as you tackle rowing intervals and the (occasional) burpee! Try this class if you want to sneak in cardio, without even realizing it’s happening. Because, cardio is hardio.
